Baldwin call because her neighbor below was bragging that she's never had to pay a water bill. I ask Ellen to pull the file. In the file I didn't find anything of use. I looked in Utility Billing and we have always billed this address single family. I checked the property appraisal and they have it listed as duplex with the addresses of 402 Sherry Drive and 402A Sherry Drive. I checked JEA and found that Jennifer Proctor has had service since 05/23/03 at the address of 402A Sherry Drive. Mrs. Baldwin called me again asking what this irrigation meter is on her bill. She said that there isn't any irrigation at that residence. So I told her I would check it out and get back with her. On 4/2/04 permit 04-00028020 was issued for 3/4 irrigation meter. When this meter was set it was applied to Ms. Baldwin's service. I think that the wrong permit was issued. I think this irrigation meter was suppose to be used to separate the duplex.
