The purpose of this correspondence is to serve as an Official Notification of Violation. An investigation by
the Code Enforcement Office has revealed that you are in violation of City Code: Chapter 24, Sec 24-112
(b) (3):
No 6-foot visual barrier installed around storage areas so as to conceal view from adjacent
properties and streets.
As Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Atlantic Beach, I am granting you up to 45 days from receipt
of this notification to either install a 6-foot high privacy fence along the length of the property line adjacent
to the residential properties located on Park St, or to remove the vehicles stored there. The installation of
any fencing will require a building permit and approval from the Zoning Department.
Furthermore, I'd like to remind you of your responsibilities as a property/business owner and that failure to
comply can result in fines of up to$500.00 per day, per violation from the Code Enforcement Board.
