An investigation by the Code Enforcement Office has revealed that you are in violation of City Code: Chapter 24, Sec 24-112 (b) (3): No 6-foot visual barrier installed around storage areas so as to conceal view from adjacent properties and streets. As Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Atlantic Beach, I am granting you up to 45 days from receipt of this notification to either install a 6-foot high privacy fence along the length of the property line adjacent to the residential properties located on Park St, or to remove the vehicles stored there.
