and determined that a public nuisance exists thereon so as to
constitute a violation of the following City of Atlantic Beach
ordinance Chapter 21, Section 21-23, Parking of a motor vehicle on
a right-of-way for more than 72 hours prohibited; Chapter 21,
Section 21-24, Abandoned Volvo parked on City right-of-way (towed
at owner ' s expense) ; Chapter 6, Section 6-108, i . e . , house numbers
must be permanently attached to building .
You are hereby notified that unless the condition above
described is remedied within ten ( 10 ) days from the date of your
receipt hereof , this case will be turned over to the Code
Enforcement Board.
Under Florida Statute 162 . 09 , the Code Enforcement Board may
impose fines of up to $250 . 00 per day for a first violation and
$500 . 00 per day for a repeat violation .
