lease be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced ove to be in
violation of Chapter 6, City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, International Prope Maintenance
Code, adopted to wit:
VIOLATION
INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
304.13 Windows, skylight and door frames. Every window, skylight, door and frame shall be
kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight. (broken windows)
304.13.1 Glazing. All glazing materials shall be maintained free from cracks and holes.
(broken front window)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by replacing or repairing all broken
windows within five (5)days from receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
