Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances Chapter 6, Building and
Building Regulations to wit:

INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
Section 302.7—Accessory structures. All accessory structures, including detached garages,
fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. (shed in your
rear/side yard has large holes in the roof and walls)
Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or
kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major
disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Inoperable green van)

This letter requests you comply by removal and disposing of the dilapidated accessory
structure (shed) and make operable and license or remove the inoperable green Van
within twenty (20) days of receipt of this notice.
If the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice, this case may be presented to
the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the
board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty
($250.00) dollars per day for each day the violation is not corrected. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
