The preliminary review had been conducted in daylight from a vehicle with a relatively high vantage point. Last night, I took a Pontiac Grand Am to sit at the intersection and watch traffic. The wall makes the intersection extremely hazardous, especially at night. With your approval, I am going to request Public Works to erect Stop Signs ASAP to make the intersection a 4 way stop.
