Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in
violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, International Property Maintenance Code
Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or kept or
stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or in
the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Inoperable, Eagle Vision no tags)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable, unlicensed,
Eagle Vision stored in your front yard and partially in the public right of way within five(5)days
from receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00) per day for continuing violations.

Dear Mr. Jackson: -
On February 6, 2013, an inspection was conducted on your property located at Address to verify
compliance with the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board Order executed on January 17, 2013.
The inspection revealed the property remains in violation and compliance has not been achieved as
required. The placement of a tarp on the vehicle does not meet compliance.
Please be advised that if you wish to appeal the Code Enforcement Officer order or request a
determination in this matter an appeal must be submitted in writing to the Atlantic Beach City Clerk's
Office, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida no later than ten(10) days from the postmarked
date of this letter.
