Turns out the property is a rental and belongs to Joyce Freeman. I called and left Ms . Freeman a message this morning and am forwarding a copy of this email to her. I am sure Ms . Freeman will take care of this as soon as she is made aware of how unsafe and dangerous the situation is . Photos Attached...
