Trash and debris caused from tree removal or trimmings or debris from lot clearing shall be removed by the owner. The owner or contractor performing the work shall remove contractors' debris caused from building, rebuilding or otherwise altering of buildings or structures. Spent oils or greases accumulated at garages, filling stations or similar establishments will not be removed by the franchisee. This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of piles of palm fronts a the curb within five(5)days from receipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
