Last night just after 5:00 p.m.there was an old white van in the Russell Park lot.The van had"Boiled Peanuts" painted
on the side and a man was standing next to the van with a cooker set up in the vacant parking space next to the van. It
appeared that he was planning to sell food from the parking lot.
Can you check the next few nights before you go home to see if you can spot him and, if so, let him know that he
cannot sell from a mobile food truck and that he cannot sell food from a parking lot in a city park?
