First I issued a courtesy notice and received several calls from the tenant who agreed to move the boat to a storage facility. He has not complied so a notice of violation was sent to the property owner and a copy to the tenant. The next step if compliance is not met is to schedule the violation for the next Code Enforcement Board Meeting on July 9, 2013 . Deadline for compliance is May 14, 2013 . I have been in contact via email with Ms . Jevic and emailed her a copy of the notice. Any questions, please let me know.
