I would appreciate if you could look into a problem I have at 250 Seminole Rd.
There is a large boat in driveway.Today and all weekend there has been large white truck, a black SUV and a bright
orange car parked at the house.
They have not moved since last Thursday.
I had company this weekend and was embarrassed to have them look out my front window. It is like a parking lot.
I am just asking that you have someone drive by and see this mess today.

Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
Violation Description
Sec. 24-163.(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(2) Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers or other
type of trailer shall not be parked or stored closer than
fifteen(15) feet from the front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the
front property line such that length is not aligned in a
manner that extends across the front of the lot it being
the intent that recreational vehicles, boats and trailers
that are parked forward of the residence and should not
exessively dominate the front of the lot. (boat stored in front yard)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected within ten (10) days of the receipt
of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to keep our neighborhoods looking well maintained while protecting property
values and your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic Beach

Jim, I have an active case on this property and issue. First I issued a
courtesy notice and received several calls from the tenant who agreed to
move the boat to a storage facility. He has not complied so a notice of
violation was sent to the property owner and a copy to the tenant. The
next step if compliance is not met is to schedule the violation for the
next Code Enforcement Board Meeting on July 9, 2013 . Deadline for
compliance is May 14, 2013 . I have been in contact via email with Ms .
Jevic and emailed her a copy of the notice. Any questions, please let me
