Dear Mr. Dickinson:
This correspondence is to formally notify you and the City of Atlantic Beach Negotiation Team
that the members of the Atlantic Beach Police Department Collective Bargaining Unit have ratified the
tentatively-agreed to collective bargaining agreement. The vote was counted and witnessed on February
15, 2013.
We now ask that this agreement be placed before the Atlantic Beach City Commission at its next
available meeting for its approval, in an effort to pass mutually-acceptable language.
