Union Package Proposal 3/20/13
Proposed Package:
Article 13 - The Union will accept the City's proposal with the changes outlined in
the City's amended proposal dated 2/22/13
Article 16 - The Union is still requesting the ability to use 40 hours of personal
leave to extend bereavement leave.
Article 20 - The Union will accept the City's conversion for a DCP, but only for
new hires. The Union will also accept the City's proposal for a 1% increase to the
current employees' contribution rate.
Article 23 - The Union would propose adopting the recommendation by the
Special Magistrate.
Article 25 - The Union will accept the City's last proposal.
Article 26 - The Union will accept the City's last proposal.
