All exterior doors, door assemblies, operator systems if provided , and hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances to dwelling and sleeping units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors shall be in accordance with Section 702.3. (garage door has broken assembly, half open and inoperable,etc.) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the plastic garbage can, plywood and outside storage in garage visible from street,store garbage toter where it is not visible from the street. Remove the inoperable White Chevrolet van (storage of vehicle under tarp is not acceptable) within ten(10) days from receipt of this notice.
