tables, chairs, sofa, etc., in front yard.
Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
Sec. 24-154. Outdoor display, sale and storage of
furniture, household items, merchandise and business
actitities outside of the Appropriate maintenance and
upkeep. All areas of a lot and structure that are visible
from a street or a neighboring property shall be maintained
in an acceptable manner, which shall be defined by the

the residence are not stored or discarded in any location

in a manner or amount such that an unsightly nuisance to
neighboring properties or an enviroment that attracts
rodents, insects, or other animals and pests is created. Outside
storage of buckets, paint cans, pallets, tables, chairs, sofa, etc., in front
yard.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing all buckets, paint
cans, pallets, tables, chairs, and sofa within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to keep our neighborhoods looking well maintained while protecting property
values and your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic Beach
