The delivery man said when I call for pick up I need to ask for him because he didn't think the other drivers would be able to retrieve it, WHAT!. This is my first dealing with your company and I have to say it is not a good one. I am in business myself and can't understand how this poor planning on your company's part could happen, it seems that before people leave in the afternoon they would look at the schedule for the next day and make sure that what people ordered is there. All this said I would like a discount on my services of at least 30% for my hugh inconvenience, whether or not you do this will make my decision if I ever used you again or recommend your services.
