would be able to use we could not use.
You will find that we have adjusted your billing. We have given you a $25.00 delivery discount as well as
decreasing your monthly rent on the container by $35.00.

Well I received my POD today ...I ordered a 7ft POD since my driveway and property is very small, I get a call
today (the day of delivery) and was told that there were no 7ft PODS, now my question is, did you not know
yesterday that what I ordered was not available, maybe I could have made some other arrangement but NO, I
had to take a 12ft and the delivery was a nightmare, my neighbors had to move their cars, the POD hangs over
my driveway, and many tree limbs from mature trees in my front yard were broken. The delivery man said
when I call for pick up I need to ask for him because he didn't think the other drivers would be able to retrieve
it, WHAT!. This is my first dealing with your company and I have to say it is not a good one. I am in business
myself and can't understand how this poor planning on your company's part could happen, it seems that before
people leave in the afternoon they would look at the schedule for the next day and make sure that what people
ordered is there. All this said I would like a discount on my services of at least 30% for my hugh inconvenience,
whether or not you do this will make my decision if I ever used you again or recommend your services.
