Dear Property Owner: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit: VIOLATION Violation Description Sec. 12-1 Nuisances (b) It is hereby declared to be a nuisance,the enumerations of which are merely indications of the nature and type of acts, occurrences and conditions, and shall not be deemed to be exclusive. (7) For any person, either as the owner or occupant of a building, structure, or property to utilize the premises for the open storage of any abandoned or inoperable motor vehicle,refrigerators or other appliance, household furniture, glass, building material, building rubbish or similar items.
