The CEB over a year ago agreed to reduce to $15,000 CONTINGENT upon several documents being provided to the city, and actually to me for review, per last paragraph of minutes on 4.A. item of 3/13/12 CEB agenda. The title company called the City after receiving the lien letter and now there is confusion as to whether or not the lien amount should be changed to $15,000 (see attached minutes and your subsequent letter dated 6-6-12).
