Mike: CEB on 3/13/12 agreed to reduce lien to $15,000.00 upon documents
being produced which accurately reflect representations made at that
meeting. Received the attached documents earlier this week. They appear
to me to meet the conditions set by CEB. I think therefore I should
authorize them to send $15,000.00 and a letter approving that amount to
the city from the bank. All conditions of CEB should then have been
met. You agree?
If this doesn't close by 6/26/13, will apparently go back
to foreclosure and city will get nothing. Please advise after you have
reviewed. Thanks. Alan

Hi Mr. Jensen,
Thank you for speaking with me this morning. Per our conversation,
attached please find supporting documentation to include the following:
. title search from Chicago title
. title update
. original mortgage recoded, deed and other title search
documentation
. sales contract for $68,200
. short sale approval letter from bank of America and Real Time
Resolution
. IRS lien payoff
The payoff received from Atlantic Beach is currently $26,370. I know
that if this does not close under current approval terms by June 26th,
the servicing will be transferred to a new company and the foreclosure
process will continue. Come the foreclosure date, given the position of
the Atlantic city lien, nothing will be paid off by the Bank, all
proceeds will go towards 1st note.
The buyer is willing to do it if we can settle in the neighborhood of
$15,000. It would be cash closing and the city would be able to get the
money before the month is over.
