Donna: Amount of lien letter should NOT be changed at this time. The
CEB over a year ago agreed to reduce to $15,000 CONTINGENT upon several
documents being provided to the city, and actually to me for review, per
last paragraph of minutes on 4.A. item of 3/13/12 CEB agenda. I have
received NOTHING to date.
Therefore no reduction of code enforcement liens at this
time. Please call me about your lien letter. Alan

Alan,
Attached is a lien letter to Ponte Vedra Title. The title company
called the City after receiving the lien letter and now there is
confusion as to whether or not the lien amount should be changed to
$15,000 (see attached minutes and your subsequent letter dated 6-6-12).
