The numbers provided on the Irrigation Compliance Checklist for 330 Country Club Lane were not accurate. Please see the
attached correction report/below for instructions on how to correctly complete the required Irrigation Compliance Checklist.
The correct numbers for(1) total lot area; (2) total impervious surface area; and (3)total pervious surface area are available
from both the contractor and Public Works since this is a new construction.
ITEM B
Total lot area = 22,798 sq ft
Total impervious surface area =8,460 sq ft
Total pervious surface area = (22,798—8,460) = 14,338
Maximum High Volume Irrigation permitted per Section 24-181(b)(4)iii of the Atlantic Beach Municipal Code of Ordinances
(14,338 sq ft x 0.60)=8,602.8= 8,603 sq ft
***Total area of High Water Use Hydrozone(s) CANNOT exceed the Maximum High Volume Irrigation number calculated above
(8,603).
ITEM C
To calculate percentage of total lot area allocated to High/Moderate/Low Water Use Hydrozones, divide the area allocated to
each by the total lot area.
***Total area of High Water Use Hydrozone(s) CANNOT exceed the Maximum High Volume Irrigation number calculated above
(8,603 sq ft). The revised form submitted listed 10,150 sq ft, which exceeds this amount by 1,547 sq ft. Please revise this
section also, and calculate the percentage of total lot area for each level.
Please review the attached form, the first part which has been filled in with the correct numbers, and complete the
appropriate portions under Item C as described above and on the attached correction report, and resubmit to the
Building Department.

• Total Impervious Surface (in square feet)—generally obtained or calculated from site plans or a survey
• Total Pervious Surface (in square feet)—calculated by subtracting total impervious from total lot area
• Maximum area permitted to be covered by high volume irrigation (in square feet)—calculated by multiplying total
pervious surface by 0.60
Section C must be completed with the following information:
High Water Use Hydrozones—please provide the total area (in square feet)to be irrigated with high volume irrigation
