a/k/a Sonja Gray McCain, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases the said
Sonja Gross a/k/a Sonja Gray McCain from any and all liens, lien rights, claims or demands of
any kind whatsoever, which the undersigned now has or might have against the property or the
improvements on premises commonly known as:
Lot 280, Plat of Section No. 2, Saltair, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 10,Page(s) 15, of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida.

on account of that certain Claim of Lien recorded in Official Records Book 15002, Page 1926,
that certain Affidavit of Non Compliance filed in Official Records Book 15870, Page 877, and
that certain Order Imposing Fine recorded in Official Records Book 16221, Page 987, all of the
current Public Records in Duval County, Florida.
