Jim, Mr. Maynor is with the bank that is foreclosing on the Hionidies
property at 201 Mayport Road (old palms apts) . They are nearing the end
of the foreclosure process on this property and have a buyer.
Mr. Maynor advised me of the time line of August 14, 2013 for the
foreclosure sale (Beaches Habitat, buyer) and title should be issued to
the new buyer by August 29, 2013 .
In the meantime, I will prepare a notice of violation for present owner
and send a copy to Mr. Maynor as he requested he will try and have the
property mowed.

Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
IPMC 302.4 Weeds.
All premises and exterior property shall be
maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of
twelve (12) inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and'.
vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however,
this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by mowing the overgrown weeds
within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to keep our neighborhoods looking well maintained while protecting property
values and your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic Beach
