They are nearing the end of the foreclosure process on this property and have a buyer. Mr. Maynor advised me of the time line of August 14, 2013 for the foreclosure sale (Beaches Habitat, buyer) and title should be issued to the new buyer by August 29, 2013 . In the meantime, I will prepare a notice of violation for present owner and send a copy to Mr. Maynor as he requested he will try and have the property mowed.
