I don't know if that changes anything regarding impact fees. I did call Chris Walker just now too and he will get with Donna when she returns. Understand this is a big house that has a guest house with Bathroom, kitchen, etc. The old house was a Residential one unit and now they are going to have the main house along with guest house with full services. My question is why no extra water impact fees or Sewer impact fees? Will the guest house run off the main house meter. If the guest house has a kitchen then it's going to change Residential one unit to Duplex or Residential two units.
