Donna, because there is not stove this is not considered an apartment so there should not be
an additional impact fee correct?

I do see from reviewing the plans that they labeled the guest house kitchen as a
"kitchenette" which by municode definitions can only have a bar sink and a 10 cu ft fridge
and a microwave, no stove. I don't know if that changes anything regarding impact fees. I
did call Chris Walker just now too and he will get with Donna when she returns.

Donna, finally walked over to building to try and get some answers. Understand this is a big
house that has a guest house with Bathroom, kitchen, etc. The old house was a Residential
one unit and now they are going to have the main house along with guest house with full
services. My question is why no extra water impact fees or Sewer impact fees? Will the
guest house run off the main house meter. If the guest house has a kitchen then it's going
to change Residential one unit to Duplex or Residential two units.
Please advise
Carlene

Good Morning Ladies, what's the permit #13-3191. Will it change from single family to
multifamily or garage apartment? I just need to know if will change anything on the utility
billing side.
Thanks
Carlene
