RE: CODE ENFORCEMENT ORDER
CASE 9 13-00000504
1500 W Park Ter
Atlantic Beach, Florida
Dear Respondent:
On September 10, 2013 the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board issued an order pertaining to
your case which is attached.
Please be advised that if you wish to request a rehearing of the attached Order, such request
must be submitted in writing to the Atlantic Beach City Clerk's Office, 800 Seminole Road,
Atlantic Beach, Florida no later than ten (10) days from the execution of the order to be
appealed. The request must be based on the following grounds:
That there exists new and material evidence which, if introduced at the hearing, would probably
have changed the code enforcement board decision and could not with reasonable diligence have
been discovered before and produced at the hearing; and
Given this evidence, the order issued is contrary to the law and evidence.
Should you have any questions relative to this matter, please contact the Code Enforcement
Officer, Deborah White at(904) 247-5855.
