1) Parking plan, access are indicated on Construction Site Management Plan.
There is also parking available on the right of way and on the street.
2) There will not be a construction trailer on this site. The unloading and loading
area and material storage are identified on Construction Site Management
Plan
3) Location of chemical toilet is identified on Construction Site Management
Plan and will be located on owner's property with door facing construction
project.
4) Dumpster location is on Construction Management Plan and an approved
dumpster company will be used.
5) Traffic control pattern is shown on plan with entrance to property and on-site
parking. Adequate parking is available on site and surrounding right of way.
6) The site will be cleaned and picked up for all debris including construction
material and all other trash
7) Erosion and Sediment Control will be maintained throughout construction.
There will be a silt fence on the rear. Both sides will not have silt fence as one
side is contiguous to lot 5 and the other side is contiguous to lot 7. The front
remaining open to allow for ingress and egress as designated on the CSMP.
The street will be cleaned off on a regular basis or as needed.
8) If city inlet falls within driveway, owner will adjust top of inlet at owner's
cost.
9) This community has already planned for their drainage and there will not be
onsite water retention.
10) Concrete driveway will be 5 inches thick. Reinforcing rods or metal mesh will
not be placed in city ROW.
11) Driveway will conform to city ordinances. Driveway will be called in for
inspection prior to completion so that city may inspect concrete on right of
way.
