Subject: ILLEGAL DUMPING ON VACANT LOT-365 8TH STREET
Jim,
I spoke to Mr. Callahan, this morning about the dumping of lawn debris on
the vacant lot across from him. There are no names on the truck or
trailer so he is going to call me when they are there. I gave him my cell
number. In addition, I spoke to Rosanna Dixon the property owner and she
has not given anybody permission to dump anything on or in front of her
lot.
I will continue to monitor and work with Mr. Callahan to try and catch
