and type of acts, occurrences and conditions, and shall not
be deemed to be exclusive.
(7) For any person, either as the owner or occupant of a
building, structure, or property to utilize the premises
for the open storage of any abandoned or inoperable motor
vehicle, refrigerators or other appliance, household
furniture, glass, building material, building rubbish or
similar items.

Sec. 24.154 Outdoor display, sale and storage of furniture
household items, merchandise and business activities
outside of enclosed buildings.
(g) Within all non-residential zoning districts, the
outside display of products, or outside sale of furniture,
clothing, dry goods, hardware or other similar merchandise,
equipment and materials, and also street vendors, shall be
prohibited.
This letter requests that the noted violations he corrected by removing the motor vehicles
from the front, the jet ski and semi trailer on the eastside, the junk, dilapidated chain link
fencing, the black Dodge truck,the white Ford Bronco and the large trailer loaded with
junk from the rear, and removing the overgrown vines from the fence within twenty (20)
days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
