to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:

Chapter 20 Business Tax Receipts
Section 20-52. Levy. A business license tax shall be
levied on:
(1) Any person who maintains a permanent business location
or branch office within the City, for the
privilege of engaging in or managing any business within
it's jurisdiction.
(2)Any person who maintains a permanent business location
or branch office within the City, for the privilege of
engaging in or managing any profession or occupation within
it's jurisdiction.
Violation Description
Sec. 24-151 (b) Accessory Uses and Structures by Zoning
District. (1) Within all residential districts:
viii. Home Office (but not a home occupation Home Office
shall mean a business activity consisting only of a private
office to be used by the occupant of the home, which is
entirely located within a residential structure and does
not involve any daily on-premise contact with customers or
clients. A Home Office shall be clearly incidental and
accessory to the residential use property, and shall not
involve any employees, commercial signage, manufacturing or
storage of products or materials, or the use of equipment
other than normal office equipment and shall not create any
additional daily traffic. Home Offices shall be permitted a
permitted Accessory Use in all Residential Zoning
Districts.

Sec. 24-163. Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(b) Recreational Vehicles stored or parked on any
residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(1) Not more than one (1) recreational vehicles, boat or
boat trailer, or other type of trailer shall be stored or
parked on any residential lot which is 5000 square feet lot
area or less. Minimum lot area of 10.000 square feet is
required for storage or parking of any second recreational
vehicle, boat or boat trailer or other type trailer.
Violation Description
Sec. 24-163.(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(2) Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers or other
type of trailer shall not be parked or stored closer than
fifteen(15) feet from the front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the
front property line such that length is not aligned in a
manner that extends across the front of the lot it being
the intent that recreational vehicles, boats and trailers
that are parked forward of the residence and should not
excessively dominate the front of the lot.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by ceasing all storage of
commercial used in your business upon receipt of this notice.

notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for

contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

Violation Description
Sec. 24-163.(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(2)Recreational vehicles,boats or boat trailers or other
type of trailer shall not be parked or stored closer than
fifteen(13)feet from the front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the
front property line such that length is not aligned in a.
manner that extends across the front of the lot it being
the intent that recreational vehicles,boats and trailers
that are parked forward of the residence a nd should not
excessively dominate the front of the lot.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by renewing your Business Tag
Receipt, removing the heavy vehicles from front yard,remove the storage of kayaks and
trailers at the residence within ten(10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations.Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
