Every sink, lavatory, bathtub or shower, drinking fountain, water closet or other plumbing fixture shall be properly connected to either a public water system or to an approved private water system. The water supply shall be maintained free from contamination, and all water inlets for plumbing fixtures shall be located above the flood-level rim of the fixture. Shampoo basin faucets,janitor sink faucets and other hose bibs or faucets to which hoses are attached and left in place, shall be protected by an approved atmospheric-type vacuum breaker or an approved permanently attached hose connection vacuum breaker. \ J� V Violation Description Sec. 506.1 Sanitary Drainage System. General. All plumbing fixtures shall be properly connected to either a public sewer system or to an approved private sewage disposal system. Violation Description Sec. 108.1.3. Structure unfit for human occupancy. A structure is unfit for human occupancy whenever the code official finds that such structure is unsafe, unlawful or because of the degree to which the structure is in disrepair or lacks maintenance, is unsanitary, vermin or rat infested, contains filth and contamination, or lacks ventialation, illumination, sanitary or heating facilities or other essential equipment required by this code, or because the location of the structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants of the structure or to the public. Violation Description IPMC 302.4 Weeds. All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve (12) inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. Violation Description Sec. 24-154. Outdoor display, sale and storage of furniture, household items, merchandise and business activities outside of the appropriate maintenance and upkeep. All areas of a lot and structure that are visible from a street or a neighboring property shall be maintained in an acceptable manner, which shall be defined by the 1. The structure may not be occupied and is unfit for human habitation until city sewer is uncapped and an approved inspection is done to allow structure to be approved for occupancy. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Mr. Coffield had been notified by City Attorney Alan Jensen that service would be cut if lien not paid.The water for this address is supplied by a well. 372 Royal Palms Drive was disconnected for nonpayment of the sewer bill in the amount of$1,257.61.The owner Stephen Hill who resides at the address was notified by certified latter that services would be capped by certified letter 1 sent in April.
