I witnessed the core boring on Friday the 30th Sept.. ABC Concrete Inc. bored and inserted a Flexible Manhole Connector
with a 6" pvc sewer pipe stubbed out to the new facility. It was placed at a location lower than the plan. (2 tenth off the
shelf) It was told to me by the site foreman, so I assumed it was approved by PU since I was not made aware of the
change.The boring was already in process before I arrived at 10:30,the scheduled time for the boring.
It appeared to be installed correctly, but I did not receive any info on the revised correct elevation.
