This is a letter to let the Atlantic Beach Building Department know that there was a
change in the materials used on 685 Sailfish Drive Permit# 12-00001137. This
change was never turned in to be recorded in the records at the time the change
order was made between the owner and the sub-contractor.I Charles Harrington
the contractor on record for this job would like to rectify this by providing the
information needed to clear this up.
The plans were approved for the installation of a 30 year architectural shingle.
The roof that was installed in lieu of shingles was a metal roof.The Florida product
approval numbers for the products used is.
