Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinanpes, to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
IPMC Sec. 602 Heating facilities Sec. 602.1 Facilities
required. Heating facilities shall be provided in
structures as required by this section. 602.2 Residential
occupancies. Dwellings shall be provided with heating
facilities capable of maintaining a room temperature of
68°F (20°C) in all habitable rooms, bathrooms and toilet
rooms based on the winter outdoor design temperature for
the locality indicated in Appendix D of the International
Plumbing Code. Cooking appliances shall not be used, nor•
shall portable unvented fuel burning space heaters be used, ,
as a means to provide required heating.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected At4in ten (10) days of the receipt
of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established:hy Atlantic Beach Code

Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
