TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I met the Roofer Superintendent Robert at the above referenced job.
My observations are as follow:
1. This was a total reroof job, and the existing roof was removed down to the roof sheathing.
2. The damaged sheathing was replaced with 5/8"APA rated plywood,nailed w/ 8d ring shank nails at
4"on edge and 6"in field.
3. The roofer then applied a heavy duty Peel & Stick Water-proof Membrane
4. All new 0.032 Aluminium Flashing
5. Santa Fe S clay tile roofing, installed w/approved foam adhesive. Also the leading edge is double
screwed w/ stainless steel screws.
I hereby certify that the work was done and done to code.
