Your application for a Local Business Tax Receipt has been forwarded to me by the City Clerk's office to review for
compliance with the Zoning and Land Development Regulations. The proposed location of your business, Innovative
Supply Alliance, is 462 Sturdivant Avenue,which is located within a Commercial General (CG) zoning district. Please
expand on the nature of your business,given on the application as"courier logistics",so that I may complete my
review. For example, is this a business office that handles primarily scheduling and accounting functions with little
traffic,or is this a distribution center where couriers will pick up&drop off parcels? Once I receive response from you, I
will be able to complete my zoning review and forward your application to the Building Department for their review.
For you information, I have attached a copy of the CG zoning district regulations which lists both permitted uses-by-right
as well as uses-by-exception.
