Sec. 2-307. - Same—Vacancy; filling
of vacancy./
(a)
A vacancy shall occur on the board of trustees if any member resigns or any employee representative ceases to be employed by the city.
(b)
If a vacancy occurs on the
board of trustees, the vacancy shall be filled within ninety (90) days for the unexpired term, in the same manner as the position was previously filled.

GENERAL
Sec. 2-268. - Same—Vacancy; filling of vacancy./
(a)
A vacancy shall occur on the board of trustees if any member shall resign or any employee representative ceases to be
employed by the city. A vacancy shall occur on the board if any trustee fails to attend three (3) consecutive meetings of the board unless, in each case, excused for cause by the trustees
attending the meeting.
(b)
If a vacancy occurs on the board of trustees, the vacancy shall be filled within ninety (90) days for the unexpired term, if applicable, in the same manner
as the position was previously filled.
