Please be advised, this letter is to inform you that permit#12-640, 2347 Seminole Reach
Court, failed a mechanical inspection on 02/12/13 for the following reason(s):
1. Disconnect for the condenser was pulled for the new unit.
2. Hole in duct work next to the AHU; appears to be an electrical device to treat the
return air but the device is not wired to anything.
This failed inspection results in you owing a $55.00 reinspect fee. This must be paid
before you can get a reinspection.
ilease correct the issues and call the inspection line at (904)247-5814 to set up another
nspection. This permit:will expire on 02/12/14.
Failure to obtain an approved inspection within the next thirty days will result in
