Please be advised, this letter is to inform you that the above permit #13-2834 ; 1420
Mayport Rd.; issued for ,work at the above referenced address expired on December 10,
2013 in accordance with the Florida Building Code Section 105.4.1 which states "Every
permit shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced
within six months afte, its issuance, or if the work authorized by such permit is
suspended or abandonei for a period of six months after the time the work is
commenced." Work is Y onsidered abandoned when an approved inspection is not
obtained within a six-mozeth period.
Failure to obtain an approved inspection within the next thirty days will result in
additional fees being req(tired to renew your permit as required by Section 6-26(a)(9) of
the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances to wit:
