I am writing to request a Letter of Water and Sewer Availability for the address of 2440
Mayport Road,Jacksonville,FL being made up of the tax map number above. We are
proposing to build a Family Dollar building that will require a 4-inch sewer tap and a 1-
inch water tap. We will also need to run two%inch meters off the tap; one for potable
water and one for irrigation. Please let me know of any fees that may apply.
