SubjectDale, no proble w u are proposing. We just need the standard construction documents
and permit application when you get to that point. If you haven't already, you might want to get with Rick
Carper in Public Works early-on to address any additional drainage needs.

Thanks a bunch Nancy, This proposed expansion will be used for inventory storage and will not increase the
amount of customer or employee traffic to our business. I will go ahead and proceed with gathering the needed
drawings, surveys, etc to apply for a building permit within a few months. Your assistance has been greatly
appreciated.

Hello Sonya,
I am c ing you with proposed p a building addition to my commercial
pro rty located at 52 W aid. street, lots 4,5, and 7 (see attached drawing)
The currents ucture5,000 sq. ft. m building. The addition would include an
extension of 1,500 sq. ft. metal building attached to the East side of the existing building
on lots 5,6,& 7.
Currently lot 4 is vacant except for a partial retention pond used by my commercial
building on lots 1,2,& 3. The balance of lot 4 would be used to accommodate the
addition and the 5 required parking spaces. The spaces will be pervious, ie: mulch,
gravel or grass. (See attached drawing).
The maximum impervious surface area for lots 5,6,& 7 would not exceed 70% for this
addition. There would not be any protected tree removal or additional concrete driveway
added. A 900 sq. ft. slab would be added to the poured footprint of the existing structure
as currently 600 sq. ft. of the 1,500 sq. ft. needed concrete pad is already existing.
Could you please let me know if there are any further requirements needed to continue
with this project before I start the application process?
Regards,
ale Chas enson
