Carlene, I added the RE# and changed the address to 601 W 6th Street to
match the property appraiser, however, if we want to correct the address
both 601 and 603 W 6th Street we should change the house numbers on both to
be in the 100 block. Debbie

Subject: 601 &603 Stocks Street Locations 15260 & 15262
Owner of 603 Stocks Street came in to discuss this duplex. He is indicating that both the driveways to these 2 units exit
out onto West 6th Street. He said that both Electric and Water meters are located on Stocks Street. When reviewing
Property Appraisal they show the addresses of 603 Stocks Street and 601 W. 6th Street(not 601 Stocks Street). I would
like to propose changing the 601 Stocks Street to 601 W. 6th Street to match Property Appraisal. JEA shows 601 &603
Stocks Street.
Please forward to Jeremy as I don't know his last name.
