He is indicating that both the driveways to these 2 units exit out onto West 6th Street. He said that both Electric and Water meters are located on Stocks Street. When reviewing Property Appraisal they show the addresses of 603 Stocks Street and 601 W. 6th Street(not 601 Stocks Street). I would like to propose changing the 601 Stocks Street to 601 W. 6th Street to match Property Appraisal. JEA shows 601 &603 Stocks Street. Please forward to Jeremy as I don't know his last name.
