Please be advised, Atlantic I- .ch Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be inviolation of the City F Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:

Violation Description
Sec. 24-163.(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot .Ilall be subject to the following
provisions:
(2) Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers or other
type of trailer shall not be parked or stored closer than
fifteen(15) feet from the front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the
front property line such that length is not aligned in a
manner that exten .1cross the front of the lot it being
the intent that recr. mal vehicles, boats and trailers
that are parked fo, -d of the residence and should not
excessively domin, � the front of the lot.
This letter requests that th � aoted violations be corrected by moving the boat back 15'
from the front yard setback within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case b � referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board mav impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Fnforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
