Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the Cit- Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
Sec. 24-154. Outdc, display, sale and storage of
furniture, househ&� �tems, merchandise and business
activities outside c-� nclosed buildings.
(g) Within all resi -,itial zoning districts, and also
10 including any pror iy containing a residential use,
household items, fL.niture and those items customarily
intended for indoor use shall not be displayed, maintained
or pennanently stored outdoors, or in any location on the
lot where such items shall be stored or properly disposed
of to avoid mold, rodent and insect infestations which may
result in health risks and which also create unsightly
appearance that n. :vely affect neighborhoods. Such
violations shall be -ected immediatly upon written order
from the city.
This letter requests that ti .toted violations be corrected by removing all outside storage
within ten (10) days of the eeipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be ;-c-ferred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in complianG�- -i or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board ma), impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code 1,nforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
