Please be advised, this letter is to inform you that the above pe-`nit#13-3190, 705 Sabalo
Rd.; issued for work at the above referenced address expi-, on Feb.(D , 2014, in
accordance with the Florida Building Code Section 105.4.1 ;h states "Every permit
shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permi� is commenced within six
months after its issuance, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or
abandoned for a period of six months after the time the work is commenced." Work is
considered abandoned when an approved inspection is not obtained within a six-month
period.
Failure to obtain an approved inspection within the next ten. vs will result in $95.00
