The model results show a minimum 1,500 gpm @ 20psi at the Maintenance Facility and Cart Barn (please see attached).
The clubhouse is protected by fire sprinklers.

I have reviewed the plans that were delivered to our office Friday and at this point I am unable to approve them as
submitted. For approval of this project, I need a confirmation that we will have 1,500 GPM at 20 Psi available at every
non-residential structure. I have the required documentation of 1,000 GPM at 20 PSI for residential but nothing that
confirms the 1,500 GPM availability. Keep in mind that we will also require flow testing of the hydrants following
installation to confirm this information.
