Debbie, Derek told me about the complaint about sails in the trees. Our accessory use section says, "temporary
structures, such as portable tents, canopies, awnings or other nonpermanent structures shall be limited to special
occasion use only, and for a period of not more than ninety-six(96) hours, i.e.,four (4) days. Based on that section,the
sails would only be allowed to be used on a temporary basis. I believe Dan would also have issues with wind safety as
well.
