Please be advised, Atlantic B,-ach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City ..;'Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:

Violation Description
IPMC Sec.302.8 - Motor Vehicles
"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at
any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or
in the process or beip,, stripped or dismantled".

This letter requests that tht --ioted violations be corrected by removing the inoperable red
Mustang convertible withi ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be -ferred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in complianc -n or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board m, impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
