Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:

IPMC Sec.302.8 -Motor Vehicles
"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at
any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable,
unlicensed,Blue Chevrolet truck within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to keep our neighborhoods looking well maintained while protecting property
values and your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic Beach

Ms.White,
The groundskeeper for 1132 Linkside Drive stopped by the police station today and informed me that a truck with an
expired tag had been parked in the driveway at 1132 for several months. He stated that the homeowners, Mr. and Mrs.
Kuti, had lived in assisted living for the past two years. I asked the complainant if he knew who was in charge of the
estate and he told me that their son probably was but he lives in Hungary. I advised him that the homeowner or
whoever was in charge of the estate could have the vehicle towed off their property but I told him I would stop by to
check it out anyway.
I arrived at 1132 Linkside Drive and observed a blue Chevrolet pickup with an expired tag parked in the driveway. The
truck had a flat tire, an expired tag, a blue tarp draped over the bed, and appeared to have been sitting there for an
extended time. The registered owner does not live in Atlantic Beach and I was unable to obtain an emergency contact
number for the owner.
