To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. He stated that the homeowners, Mr. and Mrs. Kuti, had lived in assisted living for the past two years. I asked the complainant if he knew who was in charge of the estate and he told me that their son probably was but he lives in Hungary. I advised him that the homeowner or whoever was in charge of the estate could have the vehicle towed off their property but I told him I would stop by to check it out anyway. I arrived at 1132 Linkside Drive and observed a blue Chevrolet pickup with an expired tag parked in the driveway. The truck had a flat tire, an expired tag, a blue tarp draped over the bed, and appeared to have been sitting there for an extended time. The registered owner does not live in Atlantic Beach and I was unable to obtain an emergency contact number for the owner. I would appreciate if you would stop by and check it out.
